*If Covid prevents us staying in the communal halls, camping will be available nearby for no charge. We will carry your camping equipment. Updates will be provided closer to the race date.

This year we are offering a limited number of charity places and have partnered with four leading charities; Bowel Cancer UK, the Stroke Association, the Afghan Sports Trust and Petals Charity. |

Free entry* - you only pay a registration fee (£100 for the Ring O' Fire, or £50 for the Firelighter) which is refunded in full, if you attempt the challenge and meet the minimum fundraising target (£500 for the Ring O' Fire or £250 for the Firelighter). |
*Upon completion of the challenge your chosen charity pays your entry fee from the funds you have raised. You can find out more about the charities that we are supporting on our Charity Runner page.

Refunds and Transfers |
The following applies to all entries - Standard, Early Bird and Discounted:

Refunds In the event of withdrawing a 60% refund is available until 1st July 2024, and 30% refund is available until 1st September 2024. It is your responsibility to arrange a refund. You can do this by logging into your registered account. The refund policy is stated here and also reconfirmed in the email you receive following registration. |

Transfer to another runner Transfer to a substitute runner is available until 1st July 2024. It is your responsibility to arrange a transfer. You can do this by logging into your registered account. |

Roll my entry to another year Unfortunately, we cannot 'roll over' or defer entries to following years. It's only fair to treat each entry on a first come first served basis to ensure everyone has the same fair chance of gaining entry. |

Charity entries Please note our charity places are not transferrable to other runners or future races. If you decide not to race or fail to raise the money for any reason you will lose the registration fee. This is £100 for Ring O' Fire and £50 for Firelighter. |

"Dearest Ring O' Fire bods, thank you so much for an epic weekend! That was total nails, and I feel like I've earned every single last one of those 5 UTMB points. Could I just ask the marshalls who were in the half-way checkpoint, if they have my grey Arc'teryx running top? A bloke was running with me for awhile with no waterproof kit (I know. Lol) so I gave it him to wear. He then dnf'd at that half-way checkpoint. I was told by another runner he had handed it in. It's my favourite running top!! Please, please, please... just let me know if it's amongst the gear and I'll happily pay for the postage for its return. I have a photo if that helps (I just cant seen to upload it to this page).
